3 Minute Meditation

This is a 3 minute meditation that is excellent. There is no amount of meditation that is too large or too small to carryout. All you need is find a seat, whether at your desk, on your couch, your bed, a park bench, whereever you are comfortable and treat yourself to three minutes of relaxing, calming, and energizing breathing and thoughts.
