This is a meditation specifically for waking up. This should be listened to upon waking. I find that breathing and stretching out in the morning is one of the most helpful things I can do to ensure that I have a productive day. I actually use this meditation as the sound for my alarm. My next trick is to immediately get out of bed and put on exercise shorts and then walk over the counter where I take a Nootroo with a full glass of water. I then head outside (continuing with listen to the meditation) and sit in the sun and begin to really find my breath. The meditation lasts ten minutes, but sometimes I now find myself playing it a second and even third time beginning stretch and really get my lungs working and full of air.
